That’s no problem. We’re happy to offer a full refund on gift vouchers, as long as it’s
within the cancellation period

Refund Policy

Your right to request a refund starts from the moment you place your order until 14 days
after you receive your goods. Refunds can only be made on gift vouchers that have the
full purchase value remaining. 

To return a gift voucher, please phone reception on 01257 463464, email us
at info@radiantliving.co.uk or write to us at Radiant Living, 12-14 Station Rd, Parbold,
Nr Wigan WN8 7NU to register your request for a refund. Once you have registered
your refund, please put your gift voucher into the post or bring it back to Radiant Living,
12-14 Station Rd, Parbold, Nr Wigan, WN8 7NU.

Once the gift voucher has been received your refund will be processed within 3-5
working days. Refunds will be made to a credit or debit card of your choice.
Radiant Living does not accept responsibility for the loss of your returned goods or your
postage charges.

Return Costs
You are responsible for the cost of returning a gift voucher for refund.  We would
recommend a form of tracked mail to ensure receipt. We do not accept responsibility for
the loss of your returned goods or your postage charges.
